I FEEL LOVE
Background visual for the track "I Feel Love" by the RTE Concert Orchestra
For this motion graphics project, I was responsible for the creation of visuals to accompany the RTE Concert Orchestra's track "I Feel Love." I had to blend the dynamism of the beat with the romanticism and tranquillity of the lyrics, I opted to feature silhouetted figures dancing in the background, starting with a serene couple engaged in a slow dance, gradually transitioning to more lively and upbeat movements of solo dancers to fit the rhythm of the track.
To enrich the lyrical experience, I integrated liquid melting text effects that could remain animated throughout the whole song's phrases, ensuring harmony with the music. To infuse a hint of vintage charm, I incorporated drastic noise and blur effects as to both the text and video elements, creating a nostalgic atmosphere of classic recordings combined with a modern touch of vibrant and contrasting colours to further increase the visual impact, creating a cohesive and immersive viewing experience.
